Debt collection doesn't need to be rude!

If I get one more call or sms saying I owe money on my credit card when I dont then I am changing my bank! UPDATE your system ABSA - getting 2 calls and an sms everyday for 5 days for a credit card payment I have ALREADY made is ridiculous!
