Our business car insurance is in my name but the premiums being deducted from my dad's account. His bank has messed up the status of his account and removed his OD facility resulting in the 4 weeks of issues - so 2 consecutive premiums were not paid. I contacted them this morning to change the banking details so reinstate the insurance. Neo was awesome, instead of being negative and sarcastic she was understanding, friendly & positive. It took 15 minutes to reinstate the insurance & change the banking details.
