I also received a call from 0218143700 regarding a cheque account. The lady read my ID number and it was correct.
I asked her to identify her and give me a contact number. She refuses.
Nedbank, I requested you to identify this people. Failure to comply with the instruction a complain will submitted to the Ombudsman, ICASA and criminal charges will also be submitted to the SAPS for a full investigation. Should this Company be registered with the Debt Collectors Council why are they refusing to give their details.
Please urgently advise.
