On Monday 12 August, my neighbour reversed into my car that was park in n park way at our flat block in Cape Town. He was on his way to the airport as he was leaving the country to join his wife abroad! I don't have insurance on my car and as the accident was not my fault we quickly phoned outsurance (he is a client of them) and told them what happend. We did everything done in an Hour after the accident so that he can still catch his flight. Know I am struggling with outsurance, I do not get any response out of them, they don"t respond to my emails. when I phone them they just say I have to be patient.

I use my car for my work, and without my car I can not do my work, so I need my car to be fixed as soon as possible, and it is just like outsurance does not care because I am not a client of them.
