A few months ago, I contacted outsurance after an advert I heard, whereby they promised to reduce your insurance preimiums, or give you R400 back if they couldn't.
Looking to reduce my insurance premiums I contacted them, and after a very lengthy converstaion to get to the end whereby they could offer me their rate, I discovered that they couldnt beat my current insurance premiums.
I was supposed to have been contacted again, for banking details etc. for the payment of the R400 as they could not beat my current insurance, but was never contacted again. Not a pleasant customer experience at all...
