I contacted Outsurance this morning to change banking details, and the gentleman helping was very helpful, but unfortunately I did not catch his name.
I was then transferred to Candice as I had queries about my installment increase.
She explained in detail, in terms the man on the street understands, why it went up so much, if it cant be reduced, why it cant be reduced then reviewed it for me and my installment was decreased.
She was friendly, had a great attitude and went the extra mile. Everything one would expect from your insurance company.
