When I registered for ebucks from fnb one of the criteria was that I had to use online banking once a month to qualify for ebucks. Didn't receive any ebucks on my business account this month because apparently online means I have to use a computer to do the transactions. They did not explain this to me as I use the banking app to do my transactions but that doesn't qualify as online banking. I am trying to understand why I have the app and phone that I got from fnb or is this just clever way of not paying my ebucks.By the way I wrote this report on my phone guess that means that I didn't do it online. Online according to Wikipedia means a state of connectivity am I not connected if I use my app on my phone? Why do I have to log in on my phone and how does fnb do the transactions instantly if I am aparrently offline. Please explain how you come to this conclusion
