Ive been in contact numerous times regarding why my online banking says i have not met the "marketing" and "minimum" deposit criteria to Qualify my cheque account. (Young professionals) even though the private bankers assured me that they sorted out the problem.
This is disturbing because I'm swiping my card at all the Partners branches (shop-rite etc) but my balance is still zero AND according to the status of my eBucks account, my cheque account does not Qualify.
