Ridiculous customer service

I keep on trying to get a better rate on my home loan but they refuse to adjust it without specifying any reasons. The premier banker takes ages to respond and answers are as clear as mud. Even after presenting them with better quotes they still refuse.

They are not the customer orientated bank they claim to be.
