Good morning,
Its been a while trying African Bank to sort out the mistake that they made. Spoken to so many people. The manager at this branch never fixed the problem. The consultant who assisted me, is no longer employed with the bank. They were suppose to combined two loans, instead it did not happen and i queried what happend no one can explain. Spoke to a Shaun Adams, Sonabelo, & Nicolas. A week ago Linda Nkosi called and promise to assist to solve the matter, still to no avail. My previous reference number 8129916. This matter started from last year September. Please PLEASE HELP, I CANT TAKE THIS CALLS ANYMORE.
