A month ago i requested settlement for my 4 accounts with African Bank. I was given discounted settlements, after a consultant spoke to Henry Beukers. I settle 2 of the 4 loans i had. Ten days later one of the settles loans still debited my account. When i inquired, i am told that they did not yet wrote off the amount discounted for. I have spoken to over ten consultants at the African Bank and each one says i will attend to it and phone you back. Neither of them did. I went to head office, and spoke to a lady who said if the loans were indeed settled, i will be refunded. Indeed i got the money 3 days ago. However, i have already got two call today from African Bank informing me that the loans, including the ones settled will be debiting on 25 of the month. Each time because the consultant is new, i have to explain the story and they all promise to follow it up. I am exhausted with this accounts and to pay them after being told i was discounted, but continued to be debited is a pain in someone's asse. Can you guys jack-up your services and do as you promise. I dont want to be debited for something i paid for.
