Filthy Attitude and Horrible Behaviour

I asked Dorothy to issue me with New savings ATM CARD because I misplaced mine for a period of four months.
She first wanted to know who activated my Account. I said the previous week I asked the Eastgate mall Teller
to activate my account as it was Dormant and I was not asked to Deposit money. She replied rudely that it's very Strange.
secondly who told me that shes's doing me favor because It's Her Lunch Time she's suppose to refer me to
one of Her colleagues and Last she Reduce my daily Limit to R500.00 without confirming with me.
I was very much embarrassed by her silly Behavior and Bad Attitude. Please Manager send Dorothy to a Refresher Course Her Seniority makes Her Superior and Rude.
