Would like to note that I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Carmen Stellenberg at Woolworths Insurance. Since my initial contact, she has assisted every step of the way and gave great advice for acquiring the information needed for my claim. Once submitted in full, the claim was finalised in less than a week and the payout was about another 3 days - altogether great service. Some of the items in my claim were replaced by a local supplier who undertook to contact me quickly and kept me updated with the progress of my replacement goods. Happy customer.
