I received a gift voucher from Steers which I had been waiting for for a couple of months when I received I got excited and wanted to redeem it immediately when we got there Dorothy told us the card had no money it we told her it was just received today she read it and said it had expired the date on it is 09/16 we told her it only expires in 2016 we then asked her to call the number on the card and she refused then she said go there go to that guy outside and talk to him like I said this card does not have any money on it. I am a loyal customer and regardless of how little I spend I still expect to be treated with respect and not humiliated and talked down upon her attitude is both appalling and unprofessional. When we went outside as we were told, we spoke to Mthandazo (not sure if this is the correct name) the manager who was very helpful and made the call but there was nothing he could do since the card was showing a 0 amount on it but nonetheless I appreciated his courtesy and effort
