BAD SERVICE, EMBARASSING A CUSTOMER -STANDARD BANK

I got a 100% Bond from Standard Bank, about 6 month later I increased my instalment as I want to pay it off in 5 years time. However, last week I phoned their Call Centre to enquire with regards to applying for a Home Improvement Loan. The Call Centre Rep (Name Withheld) informed me that I have R62, 000.00 available. On Saturday 14th Sept 2013, I went to get my application processed by my Banker (Name Withheld) at Sandton branch. She enquired with Home-Loan department, and indeed they confirmed that I have R62, 000 at my disposal. My Banker then suggested that, she can phone the Home Loan Call Centre so that they can help me with completing the forms electronically. The agent who was to help me put all of this to a halt and started to explain -out of this world, ridiculous reasons why I am NOT legible to get the loan. The amount of money I have invested in my account is not worthy the embarrassment.

I have never been embarrassed this far as a customer and Please note that you about to lose one if this issue is not resolved!! I will go to FNB who will help me better!!

Please rectify this bad service, it really stinks to the heavens!!!
