I'm using budget insurance for insuring my car. last week I was involved in a car accident on the 5th August and I reported a claim immediately. i was advised to take a car for assessment soI did so on the 07th.
This week from Tuesday I've been calling Claim department and no one is giving a proper feedback they keep on saying we are busy with a claim. The only thing they are saying is your car is written off. I still need the car because the money insurance want to give me it won't help me to buy other car. I rather buy that car from them as they explained when I called that I can buy it by close to 35% of the money that I will be gegetting.
