Withdrawill from my access bond

I went to flora centre branch on Saturday 10 Aug 2013 to draw money from my access bond they checked all documents and all was in order, they told me on Tuesday the money would be in my FNB account this I knew as I had made a withdrawals from my access before and within less than 48hrs the money had reflected in my account.

On Wednesday I had my wife call the branch as I was in meetings they had many excuses and said Thursday the money will be paid into my account it is Fri morning and still transfer had not happened, I had repeatedly asked elmary and her supervisor if they don't have the skills to do this I will go to the Alberton branch whom had done the withdrawals for me before no problem.

I had taken time off work drove there yesterday they said not to worry the money will be in my account this morning still nothing, this is week and perthetic I had wasted my time and energy, I am gratefull I don't bank with Nedbank my sympathies go out to their client's, what also worries me there is no client ethics not even an apology I had moved my appointments to go there yesterday now I have to drive there again I have builders expecting a payment today but thanks to them I am faced
