My account was stopped without being informed

This is sheer inconvenience, I have put from pillar to post and really this is annoying. it was last wednesday when my salary did not go into my bank account when It came to my attention that my account has been stopped. I then went to my employment payroll and was told that the salary did not go in because Standard Bank closed my account. I then quickly went to JHB branc to check what is the problem only to find that they say I did not FICA even though all my docs were scanned in. The lady assisted and opened my account even though she also did not know why is was frozen because I had complied. Now the problem is the money is still not in my account nor my employers bank account. Where the money. I have been phoning STD Bank from the past week, .. someone even told me the money could be sitting in the suspense account, when will the money be returned to either my account or my employers account. please somebody sort this thing out because it is really frustrating, there debits orders, school fees etc that I need to take care of.
