Bad and unreliable service

My car started giving me problem I took it to Motorvision Pretoria, I was informed it is the steering rack. I took it to a mechanic in Brits that is RMI approved and he also confirmed that its a steering rack. On submitting a claim to innovation group, he was told he cant fix the car, it can only be fixed by a toyota dealer. I took the car to intertoy brits and they confirmed its a steering rack and submitted a claim to innovation group. Innovation sent its own assessor on 5/11/2013. On the 6th intertoy was informed that the claim is rejected it is not covered by the insurance. I personally called innovation group and spoke to Richard, after reading the report he requested to speak to his supervisor about it and promised to call me back. He did call me with good news that they have relooked the claim and the service provider must call them. On the 18/11/2013 when the provider called, he was informed the claim is rejected. I phoned and spoke to Deon who told me the steering rack ends are not covered, when I asked for the assessors report I was told I cant have it. Whose car is this that I cant have the report?
