I applied for a small personal loan through FNB, as i have banked with them for many years. i did not receive any feedback after having completed all the paper work they request as well as suppling the documents they required. i eventually had to phone them only to be told that my application was declined due to affordability, which is not an issue and then due to ITC, which i tried to explain has been resolved over a year ago. Surely as my bank they can see what i can afford and how i conduct my account. so much for being a loyal and valuded customer. when i said to the gentleman who i spoke to i would consider if i want to remain a FNB client he had no response... made me believe i am not a valued customer.
