FOLLOWING MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT MY AGGRIVATION.
I HAD TO KEEP PHONING THE BRANCH IN BRACKENFELL, LEAVE MESSAGES WHICH ARE NOT RESPONDED TO EXPLAIN OVER AND OVER THE PROBLEM TO BE TOLD ITS HANGING IN THE SYSTEM' DEPT SAYS YOU OR SOMEONE GOT THE MONEY. WHEN I ASKED TO SEE CAMERA FOOTAGE, SORRY NO CAN DO. THE REPLY YOU MUST HAVE WITHDRAWN THE SUNDAY AND NOT TAKEN MONEY, PLEASE MY SLIP SHOWED HOW MUCH WITHDRAWN AND WHAT BALANCE IS. SO THAT RULES OUT THEIR ARGUMENT ON THAT ONE. THEN, U SWIPED YOUR CARD, GAVE CARD AND PIN TO 3RD PARTY AND NOW YOU CANT REMEMBER WHO, THATS DEGRADING AND INSULTING. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO BANK MANAGER AT BRANCH, SORRY ON LEAVE, NO OFFER OF 2IC SO I ASKED, REFERRED TO MRS WILLIAMS EXPLAINED NO RESPONSE TO QUERY, 'WILL GO INTO MATTER AND CALL BACK'MR VISSER CALLS BACK SORRY WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CLIENTS COULD NOT RETURN YOUR CALL.ADVISED WOULD CALL BACK BY 11H00 NEXT DAY. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN, ASKED MRS WILLIAMS TO CALL ME, MR VISSER PHONES BACK. MADAM, I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION, (I DONT THINK SO) BUT SAYS.. WELL IS WRONG AND HAVE THEY CHECKED THE CAMERA FOOTAGE? AM I WALKING AWAY WITH CASH
