After 3 years I had just realised that my insurance cover was for trade value and I didnt even have Car Hire. I called MiWay and asked them to add car hire (30 days) to my cover, and also make the cover Retail Value. My premium went up with atleast R400. This wasn't a good offer. I shopped around and got a veeeeryy cheaper quote somewhere else, but then I went back to MiWay with the quote, and surprisingly, their Retention Analyst, re-analyzed my profile, and it worked out that they beat the other insurance's offer.
I'm happy to say that after all these years, I wil still remain with MiWay, provided I get the proficient service. Dankie dankie MiWay.
