Money Hungry - WORST Staff - Worst Attitude

Im disgusted with the way Wesbank do business, after explaining my predicament with they way I am paid they continue to add enormous fees onto my vehicle finance statement for erroneous things.

angel who works for their Collections department is all sweet the one minute then an absolute opposite the next month

don't bother trying to contact them either via their given phone numbers, I wasted 3 hours on the phone and in excess of R300 airtime and NO LUCK. yet if you owe them money they are on your case like a rash.

I will never use them again, im considering giving them their vehicle back and buying another, its never been about money - its about principle and formalities.

they cannot run a business like this - Me being a service provider I HIGHLY recommend people stay away from these money hungry.

I wish them nothing but the worst in years to come
