On arrival still nothing ready. After some time again was called to the counter
I asked for it to be given to me at the bulk cash area that's closed so nobody can see
I returned back to my office to prepare. After some time I have two people in my office unannounced to see me
Before we knew anything my staff and I had guns against or heads and demanded the money. I gave him what I had on me. He hit that out of my hands and asked for the exact amount I drew. Now bear in mind not one off our staff knew that I was drawing wagers as this is not common to get cash. Well the problem I have here is when all was over the police went to the south gate mall to see the bank and footage. We were told this is not possible
Needed to get forms from the police commissioner. We asked several time for the footage to be kept in a safe place and we will come back for it. Then saw the centre management they gave us what we needed
Well since then it just goes down hill and I would like know. Not one person from fnb called nor followed up
The police return with correct needed now told the footage has gone missing
