Pathetic service

I requested that my banking details be changed on the 3rd of August
i mailed them the documentation they required and after sending it again for the second time on the 8th and asked for confirmation of receipt

They respond (after 6 days when promising to respond within 24 hours mind you) to say they only received 1 of the attachments & I must now fax all the docs through. This is a waste of time - we live in a technological society whereby faxes (especially the actual machine kinds) are virtually unheard of as there is something called a PC Fax???
Get with the program Standard Bank, they free, maybe even for a corporation like you and if you have to pay then so be it - you certainly make enough money out of your clients to be able to afford the bill
