Poor service

All my banking has been handled since I started with Standard Bank. Therefore when I bought a car I naturally used private banking to handle the deal. Bad mistake. They wanted just the same information any new bank wanted. Their response time was days rather than hours. Now that everything is now done a week later they can't give me the docs to sign as their system is down. I have asked them what their backup plan as I am travelling this weekend and will only be back in 2 months time. Lets see what happens, as it stands now I will not be able to buy the car.. Just an aside standard bank insurance quote for the car was 250% higher than all other insurance quotes.
