On the 14th of August my Mercedes Benz C180 was bumped into by another car. I reported it to outsurance and the claim was handled by Theo. My car was repaired immediately and there was no inconvenience due to delays or any red tape. Although the accident happened due to a mistake by the other party they didn't want to be contacted by me. I left everything in the capable hands of Anastacia Voges of Outsurance's legal department. She was able to contact the other party and was able to secure my excess of R4000. Within 2 months she was able to get my excess of R4000 back. Thumbs up for outsurance!!! 10 out of 10 for service excellence!!!
