I signed up for a fee of about 500 rand per month, then later saw there is a debit order of 273.20 rand off. Called the bank and turns out it was a LVC debit order taken of, Call LVC and they tell me it's a management fee which was never calculated in the monthly debit order which they advertised and explained. Never needed to share any of my personal details like statements and payslip to start with. So to cancel my portfolio they need : 6 months bank statement ; Proof of income ; Detailed list of monthly expenses ; Supporting docs for expenses and any other financial documents that is relevant just so some board can consider it. THERE IS NO WAY THAT IS HAPPENING . I DID NOT NEED TO DO IT TO START MY PORTFOLIO AND NOT GOING TO SO THAT I CAN CANCEL IT . This has been going on for to long and I am not a patient person. I do not care about all the procedures and documents. I WANT THIS CANCELLED NOW.
