I'm running an internet cafe, sending hundreds of faxes on behalf of clients.
On numerous occasions our clients have reported back that their claims faxed to Real People were never received.
When speaking to one Zelda at Real People about this problem she replied that faxes from internet shops are not accepted by their technology. Interesting that this company is the only who experience that type of problem with their technology.
Therefore, beware! If you do not have your own private fax machine or deliver your claim in person to their Claims Offices, your claim will NOT be honoured by Real People.
