I HAVE SEND MY APPLICATION FOR A LOAN FROM MY PENSION FUND IN 3 MONTHS AGO. I HAD NO RESPONSE AFTER TWO MONTHS, WHERE I PHONED THEM TO INQUIRE, THEY TOLD ME THAT I MUST JUST WAIT, THEY BUSY WITH THE APPLICATION. AFTER THAT I HAVE PHONED EVERY WEEK, AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THE SAME STORY, NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON. I HAVE SEND 4 PEOPLE AT STANDARD BANK AN EMAIL THIS MORNING. JAMES FORWARDED THE EMAIL TO PORTIA AND MILLY, BUT I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THEM EITHER. I HAVE ALSO SEND VISANTI AT THE PE BRANCH AN EMAIL, AND ALSO NO RESPONSE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE, BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SEEM TO BE SORTING MY APPLICATION OUT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 AND A HALF MONTHS, BUT STILL NOTHING. PLEASE BE SO KIND, AND HELP ME TO SORT THIS OUT. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE FROM STANDARD BANK PHONE, ME TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM. IF I DIDN'T PHONE AFTER 1 MONTH, I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOW THAT THEY PUT A HOLD ON THE ACCOUNT. STANDARD BANK SHOULD DELIVER A BETTER SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
