I had faxed my previous records claims to the number listed on my cellphone and I kept receiving cellphone messages that my premium is going to be increased for failure to submit my previous claims from my other insurance and I am now so confused and real don't know whether its the manner in which the company deals with its clients. I even send a proof of the previous faxes that I had send to the office. right now I don't know what to do. I even tried to call your office today and they transferred me to a certain number that just rang please help me I am so confused by the nature of the treatment that I am receiving from your company
