We settled both our African bank loans in June but my boyfriend's one got unallocated, we have been to two of your branches but could not get assisted accordingly. Two of your call centre agents promised us that once we sent through all the relevant proof we will be helped but to date nothing has happened. Why must one complain on Hello Peter just to get help. Can someone please contact us.
