African Bank
Two loans Settled

I had 2 x loans with African Bank which where settled on the same day by Capitec Bank. 23/10/2012
For some reason African bank says I still owe them money.
I sent through Settlement letters for both dated and settled the same day.
How can one loan be settled and the other NOT!

I have been trying to get a explanation and proof that I owe them and all I get is a statement demanding another R760.00 which now stand at over R1000.00 and increasing daily. My perfect credit record has also been affected.
