My a/c 3024495402 was settled in May 2013. After a month I received a letter from the collections dept. My account still appears as active account on Absa profile and credit bureau. I phoned Absa and nobody can help me with query. Everytime I get a different number to phone. Last number I got nobody answers. I was out of work and could not find a job because of credit bureau report. I managed to settle my accounts and no I maust run around clearing my credit report without any luck.
