I submitted information for an audit certificate in April 2013 till today i still haven't received the audit certificate. Standard bank wants the audited financial statements but i can't give it to them because i still haven't received the audit certificate. I spoke to the personal banker but it seems he has no idea what is going on with his client, also i mail him then he replies (with the wrong stuff) i mail him back and then i wait and wait and get no responses. This is number 1 of the complaints.
Then the same with another client waited for 10 working days as per there policy. Then i enquired about it then i had to resend it now it is going to take another 10 working days because nobody seems to know what is going on. Number 2
Another one i sent through 11 working days ago still hasn't received anything yet. It is one day but it seems if you wait a day the time frame gets push to 20 working days. Number 3
I phoned the business department they were supposed to phone me back last week Thursday still haven't hear anything from them. Yesterday same story phone them they said just mail me the information again still no response.
