I have bought a motorvechile in 2006, and were finance through stanic (standard bank.) However on paying off the vechile in 2011, i struggled to get the papers from standard bank. It has cost me several vissits to stannic and phone calls and eventualy I lodge a complain on . and a week later i Received my papers. That were in May 2013. 2 YEARS LATER!!! Today i went to the licencing department in Polokwane to do a change of ownership, and with regret and frustration, i was inform that they are unable to assist me due to a duplication registration certificate requested by T, MOANAKWENA on the 2012-01-12. this duplication i have never received and without it I can not be helped. I was issued with a CA13 - query audit information per Entity by the licence department which stated the following:
