Very late delivery

Unfortunately GMTM is not a company that responds, so all I can do is document my experience here:
- 16 April I paid upfront for 3 certificates. The website stated 5 - 15 working days.
- 26 April I received email to say that 1 certificate had arrived
- May 11 I emailed GMTM to ask for an update - no response
- May 15 I emailed GMTM to ask for an update - no response
- May 20 I emailed GMTM to ask for an update. This is after 25 working days
- May 21 I received an email from GMTM to say that there was still 1 certificate outstanding, but that it would not be long
- May 30 I emailed GMTM to ask for an update, and whether I get a refund seeing it was now 6 weeks later - no response
- June 3 complained on this site
- June 4 I received an email from GMTM to say that the last certificate should arrive in 2 days
- June 7 I received an irate email from GMTM asking that I remove my complaint from this site. Still no certificate. I politely defended my complaint (7 weeks later)
- June 11 I received notification that the last certificate had arrived, but that I would not be refunded
- June 18 certificates finally delivered to me. 9 weeks later

Not once did I receive a phone call from GMTM.
