These people have emailed me today after having someone from Bayport contact me claiming that I owe money on a loan which I have paid up at least two years ago. Further to this, it is noted and states on my credit report that this loan was infact paid up. Bayport is looking for money which is not due to them by me and this legal team who does not even answer their phones when you call them, is of no help at all. I not going to allow them to create any negative information on my credit report especially since my credit report shows that the loan in infact paid up. What a bunch of!! I will not pay them a single cent!
