ACCOUNT NEGLIGENCE

I had a loan with Bayport which when i was about ot settle reversed the debit order that went through on the 26 February 2013 of about R1330.00 then on the 05 March i settled the loan based on the amount that was on ITC which obviously is provided by bayport. Then two months down the line i am being told by some other institution that i have a loan of R27 000.00 with Bayport. As far as i am concerned my loan is settled and if they claim i didnt settle why didnt they debit my account the next month i never stopped the debit order why didn't they call me to inform me that they see a huge credit on my account and advise that account was not paid in full instead they leave my account unattented incurring interest and not even let me know. I WANT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD LIABLE FOR THOSE INTERESTS THAT INCCURED AS I AM NOT LIABLE IT WAS YOUR COMPANY'S NEGLIGENCE AND MUST BE SORTED OUT

I am requesting a paid up letter and proof of ITC that bayport relfects as ACCOUNT CLOSED this is not my fault you cannot hold me liable just because somebody did not do their job on your side
i requested for a supervisor or someone above to contact me but they keep on sending a client servic
