The 5th of August I noticed R200 being debited from my account from eBucks. When I opened my accounts at FNB last year, I clearly stated that I do NOT want eBucks on my Credit Card, because of the annual fee. I reported the matter to ebucks the 5th of August. Its been pending for a week now. I asked yesterday what's the status, but no reply. Please reverse that debit order asap! Thank you!
