EBucks not de-activated

My wife phone FNB ebucks devision on Friday and she spoke to Colin.
She stated that we asked, when opening her Credit card with FNB, not to activate eBucks on it, but only on the Cheque account. We found out after a year or so that they did activate it on the Credit card and we had to pay a R200 annual fee.
My wife spoke to Colin from the eBuck devision who stated that they de-activated it on the Credit card and that she should phone the card division in 48hours to get the money refunded to her account.
When she phoned the card division Colin never de-activaed the eBucks from her Credit card.

This is costing us money and Colin doesn't do what he says he has done. This is absolutely unacceptable.
