Bad service from two call centre agents:

I reported a missing Subwoover from my home contents on a week of the 09thJan2013. I took time with the lady on the phone as i was first changing my home address and then report my claim. The lady asked me questions and told me at the end that Woolworths will conduct investigations and get back to me. There was no feedback in more than a week and i was still planning on calling back to enquiere further.

later on the 22ndJan2013 my house was broken into and only the cellphone was. I called the next morning and there was a guy assisting me. at the end of the claim for a cellphone, i enquired about a subwoover which was reported a week earlier, the guy told me that there was no such a claim and that I DID NOT SUBMIT ANY CLAIM even after i repeatedly told him that it was reported a week earlier with a lady who was assisting me to change the address. He further told me that the people who change address does not deal with claims.

I feel aggrieved by the above supplier for the service the lady gave me by not submitting my claim and misleading me by telling me that it has been submitted, and the attidude i received from the guy i enquired from and demand apology from both.
