ON THE 27/09/2013 I TOOK PART IN THE R400 PROMOTION BY ASKING FOR A QUOTATION FROM OUTSURANCE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEIR QUOTE WAS HIGHER THAN MY CURRENT INSURANCE PREMIUM. I THEN ASKED THE CALL CENTRE LADY ON HOW TO CLAIM THE R400 THEY PROMISED I COULD RECEIVE. THE LADY TOLD ME SHE WILL SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH LINK USED TO CLAIM THE MONEY. I AGAIN ASKED HER TO CONFIRM MY EMAIL ADDRESS, WHICH SHE DID BUT SOMEHOW IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAD GIVEN HER EARLIER. I GAVE HER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS HOWEVER I TOLD MYSELF SHE'S NOT GOING TO SEND THE EMAIL. NEEDLESS TO SAY BUT 4DAYS HAS GONE BY AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL. BUT I'M NOT SURPRISED AS THIS IS ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH HAS LIVED UP TO ITS EXPECTATION... OUTSURANCE = DISHONESTY
