Submitted a claim on the 6th of June 2013, lady @ the call center sent me an automated ref no via sms. She then informed me that I will be receiving a call from the individual who will handle my claim. A week went by I called in again to ask what is going on. The lady on the other side apologised and said they will submit my claim immediately. Meaning nothing had happened till then (my call triggered action). I was then told to send through necessary documentation to UnicaV in which I did. Till to date no word. I have send through numerous emails requesting status feedback. No Response can anybody, somebody please help URGENTLY!!!
