Failure to resolve my claim number 1376734

I formally wish to lay a complain about a very bad service I received for my claim from SA Homeloans Insurance. They have gone beyond their way to prove that they actually only care about collecting our premiums but have no interest in assisting us with our claims.

Last week Monday, I called at about 9am in the morning to log a claim for the oven at my house not working and I was told by the person who answered the phone that the consultants are very busy and they will call me back. I had to wait till 2pm when I called again to demand that I be assisted immediately and only after I refused to be told again to wait for a consultant did they log my claim. They also told me a lady called Priscilla will deal with my claim.
They gave me the claim number 1376734 and told me they will send an electrician which they did later that day. The following day, I called to find out about the assessment by the electrician and they told me they will call me on Wednesday.

I waited and till today, nobody from SA Homeloans insurance or even Priscilla has contacted me to assist with my claim.
I am beyond disappointed by the poor service from the company.
