Atm deposit not reflecting in my account

I deposited money at the atm in westgate at about 6.30 to 7.00 p.m and seconds later the atm switched off. The atm did not print a receipt of the transaction and i immediately called the call centre. I was told to go into the branch the next morning, which i did. I was told to wait while the matter will be investigated. Four weeks later and several visits and numerous calls later they have still not resolved the matter.
