I deposited money at one of the Automated Deposit ATMs (glad they were working this time around) on Wednesday afternoon but the ATM stopped working mid-way through the transaction.
I immediately went into the branch where I reported the matter to a Customer Care consultant (2 of them actually) where a copy of my card and ATM slip were made. I was told the issue would be resolved the next day and I would get a call.
72 hours later, neither call nor deposit has come through and I even went to the Branch again today where I spent another 30 minutes! Its not the first time I come from Hatfield branch frustrated and I really wonder why!
