On the 08/05/2013 I submitted an insurance claim to Auto and General. I later received feedback from Shameema with regards to the claim. She made me aware to repair the vehicle was not going to be an economical exercise. They will therefore conduct some further investigations. Today (23/05/2013) I received a call from a very arrogant, pathetic man who insinuated that either me, my wife and my brother who was the one involved on the accident with our statements. He further claims my wife does not know about the vehicle. How appalling is this? Does anyone know what's the turn around time for a claim to be concluded or is it best when such matter are handled by attorneys?
