DISINTEREST PROCESSING MY CLAIM

About 2 weeks (20/07/2013) ago i was involved in a minor car accident, i contacted my insurance, absaidirect and they were prompt in their response and had my car towed. i was later informed by a consultant at absaidirect that my towed car was left by the side of the road somewhere and my battery was as a result. this was the AA towing services and the name of the the person towing my car was Mr. Mashudu. i then applied for a claim with absaidirect and its been a nightmare receiving any feedback and correspondence from them. Each time I call the agent who would be helping 9/10 time no idea what is happening regarding my claim. This morning i was told that it is not even processed yet and the person who is responsible for handling my claim is just unreachable. I have been sent from pillar to post in this insurance company and the impression im receiving is that they have a poor communication line withing their company and they don't seem concerned in ensuring that what they promise, they actually fulfill. If this company cares at all about their image, they should follow this complaint up because quite frankly don't see myself ever recommending their services to anyone.
