WHY ELSE WOULD THE 1 A/C BE CASH AND OTHER DEBIT ORDER... BEC YOUR COMPANY CANNOT ACCOMODATE MULTIPLE DEBITS FROM A SINGLE BANK A/C.

Good Day
I've escalated your query and got feedback on why do didn't collect on your account... I was informed that it's not possible for 2 Multichoice account to be debited on the same bank account and that is why it showed do as reversed because do clashes when we try to debit 2 accounts, however the only way that we can debited the 2 accounts on same bank details is if 1 of the accounts is converted to a child account meaning that it will always be on 00 balance and the subscription will be charged on the other account... in order for us to do this we need you to agree to it, unfortunately you need to make cash payment on your account to get it up to date for this month.
